GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO PARENTS

Parents should ensure that children bring this diary to School everyday.

Parents are expected to look into the School Diary of their wards and ensure that the Home Assignments are duly completed by their wards. Also remarks made by the Teachers, should be acknowledged by the Parents.

Parents should carefully fill in the details on the’Personal Memorandum' page.

In case your ward faces any difficulty, parents may meet the Class Teacher with prior permission from the Principal.

Parents should use the 'Leave Record' page in order to avail leave for their wards. Leave should be taken only in case of emergency. In case of sickness, Medical Certificate should be produced.

Students will be granted long leave only in case of emergencies, after obtaining permission from the Principal.

Parents should not visit the Classes during class hours.

Parents are requested to see that their wards follow the rules and regulations of the School, strictly as they are in the best interest of their own children. Any breach of discipline or disrespect to Staff, will be viewed seriously.

Parents who want to take their wards home during working hours (in case of emergency) should come in person and get the permission from the Principal / Vice Principal, by submitting a written requisition, duly signed.

No pupil will be sent home with another person, without a written authorisation letter from the parent.

Parents are requested not to send their wards to School in case they are suffering from contagious or infectious diseases.

Parents' attendance at PTA Meetings is essential.

Promotion of pupils solely depends on the promotion criteria. Ref Page No.25.

In case of loss of School Diary / ID Card / Report Card, it should be bought on payment without delay, along with a written requisition from the Parent, to the Principal.
INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS

Students are expected to be in School before 8:00 a.m., everyday.

Late comers will not be allowed Inside the School.

Students should wear a clean uniform, perscribed for the day of the week.

Boys should come to School, clean shaven with proper haircut and no gel or hair spary should be used. Girls should come with two plaits, with black colour ribbons, Girls, with bobbed hair should use a plain Black Head Band. Students should wear clean socks and well polished shoes.

Students should carry their Diary / ID Card to School everyday.
-
Text Books and Note Books should be brought to School according to the Time Table.
-
Students should cover the Note Books and Text Books with Brown Cover and neatly label them.

All other articles should bear the owner’s name

Students are encouraged to use only ink pens, from Std.V.Ball point pens should not be used for any type of School work. Only blue ink should be used .Students are forbidden to use whitener. Only ink eraser should be used

Students are expected to behave in a courteous manner on all occasions. They should address their Teachers and all members of the Staff, with due respect and politeness. Good moral behavior and good manners are the prerequisites of every student.

Students are responsible for the cleanliness of their classrooms and surroundings. They should not write or scratch on desks, chairs, walls or doors of the School nor damage property belonging to others. Penalty will be collected in case of damages.

School is not responsible for the articles or money lost. Money should not be lent or borrowed or articles exchanged

Students who indulge in malpractice during examinations or tests will be given zero in the subject followed by strict disciplinary action.

Any student, who is found tampering with marks in the Report Card and other School Certificates, will be dismissed from the School, without any notice.

Students are expected to participate in all co-curricular and extra curricular activities of the School

Canteen is open only during recess time. Soft drinks and snacks are made available to students.

One handkerchief should be sent to School. No ornamental hairbands or decorative hairbows are allowed. No gold ornaments. Girls are allowed to wear small ear-studs only.
Students should be sent in a neat, ironed uniform daily.
RULES FOR DECIPLINE

All students must be in their seats before the Teacher enters the Class.

Class Monitors should maintain silence in the absence of the Teacher

Students are forbidden to bring crackers, explosives and other dangerous material to school.

Mobile Phones, Electronic calculators and other gadgets should not be brought to School. Parents of violators will be permitted to collect the gadget from the administration after payment of a fine of BD. 5/=
-
Students are allowed to wear color dress on their Birthdays and on Children's Day (Nov. 14th).

Girl students should not wear nail polish and make up.
PRINCIPAL - PARENTS / VISITORS CONTACT TIMINGS
Parents can meet the Principal on all working days, between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
STAFF - PARENT MEETING

Parent - Teacher meetings will be held regularly to discuss students' progress.
-
Parents will not be permitted to meet the Teachers during the working hours as they will be occupied with their work.
-
Parents are allowed to meet the Teachers on all Saturdays between 10:00 A.M. and 12:00 P.M.
HEALTH CHECK UP
Great care is given to health and hygiene in the curriculum records to be filled in by the parent / Class Teacher wherever applicable. (Refer page No. 48 Medical Record).
